Freelance Consultant to Multi and Bilateral International Aid Projects

Tengiz Gogelia is a Civil Engineer with both theoretical knowledge and practical leadership expertise in project development and project lifecycle management acquired during a 24-year working experience in projects of various donor organizations such as WB, EU, EBRD, USAID, UK/DFID and U.S. Millennium Challenge Corporation. The experience covers all stages of the project cycle, from project preparation to managing the execution of project activities, monitoring and evaluation. In 2010-2012, 2014-2016 Tengiz worked as a Deputy Team Leader of five WB funded road infrastructure development projects implemented by international project teams. In 2005-2008, he worked as a Director of two major infrastructure projects ($60M, $140M) in Georgia funded by U.S. Millennium Challenge Corporation. In 1996-2005, he worked as a Technical Assistance Project Manager under the framework of four WB funded transport sector development projects in Georgia and in this role built expertise in development project management.
