Irakli Salukvadze was born on August 29, 1991. Graduated from the Technical University of Georgia in 2013 and received a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Engineering in the Construction of Roads and Airports.

In 2015, at the same the University he received a Master’s Degree in Construction. In 2018, he defended his dissertation for a doctoral degree, doctoral thesis: “Research of the Rammed Concrete, Produced of the local Building Materials, with Additives and its Implementation on the Motor Roads”. He has participated in several international (including outside the country) and local conferences. He has published scientific articles in various international and local journals. He is the author of one research grant project and a participant of two research projects. (LEPL Shota Restaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia)

In 2012-2014 he worked as a technician at the Technical University of Georgia, in the scientific and expert laboratory, and in 2014-2019 as an engineer-mechanic. In 2019, he held the position of Senior Engineer in the same laboratory. In 2012-2019 he was also invited as a specialist, training of the Faculty of Construction of GTU, Scientific research center with technical expertise of buildings. In 2015-2019 he worked as an invited teacher at Georgian Technical University, Faculty of Construction, Engineering Mechanics and Construction.

In the Department of Technical Expertise. From 2019 to present, Ilia State University Assistant Professor and Laboratory Technician in Civil Engineering. The role of construction and its effectiveness in the economy; Research of local construction materials and their use in construction.

In 2012-2019, he was also invited as a specialist at the GTU Faculty of Construction, Scientific Research Center, for technical expertise of buildings. In 2015-2019 he worked as an invited teacher at the Georgian Technical University, in the Department of Construction, Engineering Mechanics and Construction-Technical Expertise. From 2019 to present, Ilia State University Assistant Professor and Head of Laboratory in Civil Engineering.
