Daniel Williams is a North Carolina, USA native who joined the SDSU Georgia staff in fall of 2017. Daniel graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Geography. Upon finishing his university studies, Daniel focused his work in urban development, serving as a city planner with a local North Carolina municipality until deciding to fulfill his desire to volunteer abroad. In spring of 2015, Daniel began his service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Georgia through Peace Corps’ English Education program. Daniel’s experience in Georgia and investment in Georgian youth and education led him to join the San Diego State University Georgia community after completing his Peace Corps service.
